How much snow fell in Jasper?

The snow fell throughout the county Wednesday, but just how much did Jasper County see?

Plenty, according to the National Weather Service.

Parts of Ridgeland saw 6 inches (matching a county record set Feb. 10, 1973, according to the state Climatology Office), Grays had 3.5 inches and Hardeeville saw 3 inches.

In the Lowcountry, there was 4 inches in Bluffton and Yemassee and 4.5 inches on Hilton Head Island.

In Southeast South Carolina, Summerville had the most snow reported: 7.3 inches.
