Participants sought for First Tee of the Lowcountry clinics in Ridgeland

Children ages 7 to 17 will have the opportunity to learn more about golf, free of charge to the participants. Experienced volunteers, led by coach Bob Valentino of The First Tee of The Lowcountry, will be hosting five complimentary golf clinics for kids this fall. Participants will learn to play golf as well as receive an introduction to The First Tee’s Core Values and Healthy Habits.

Clinics will take place each Saturday morning at Harold Turpin Park at 878 Logan Street in Ridgeland. Clinics begin Oct. 14 and continue until Nov. 11 from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Clubs and range balls will be provided.
